These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and daybet365 (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the daybet365 online gaming and sports betting platform, accessible at https://daybet365.cam and any associated mobile interfaces, APIs, or sub-domains.

To register and maintain an Account on daybet365, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. daybet365 enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy for all real-money gaming and betting activities. Accounts found to belong to persons under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at the Company's discretion.
• You must be a natural person and not register on behalf of another individual, group, or legal entity without prior written authorisation from the Company.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of a daybet365 employee, contractor, officer, or director.
• You must not have a previously suspended or permanently closed daybet365 account, nor an active self-exclusion arrangement on the Platform or any related platform operated by the Company.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4.1 Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on daybet365 at any time. Registration of multiple Accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all accounts, forfeiture of all balances, and a permanent ban from the Platform.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your Account and for notifying daybet365 promptly of any changes.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

daybet365 operates a mandatory KYC verification programme. Prior to processing the first withdrawal from any Account, the following documents may be required:

• Proof of Identity: A valid MyKad, passport, or other government-issued photo identification document.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three (3) months, showing your residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or confirmation of the bank account, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency wallet used for deposits, to confirm ownership.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. daybet365 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify the Company immediately via live chat or at [email protected].

Access to and use of the daybet365 Platform is granted on a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence basis. You agree to use the Platform solely for its intended purpose — namely, lawful recreational online gaming and sports wagering activities — and in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• All wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Wagers cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed after confirmation except in circumstances specifically provided for in our game-specific or sports-betting rules.
• The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While the Company makes all reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform.
• Gambling involves financial risk. The Company does not guarantee any winnings, and you accept full responsibility for any financial losses incurred through your use of the Platform.
• The Company reserves the right to void any bet or transaction that is the result of a technical error, pricing error, or system fault, regardless of whether the error was apparent to the Player at the time.
• Participation in any promotion or bonus programme is subject to the specific terms and conditions published for that promotion, in addition to the general terms set out in Section 8 of this Agreement.

6.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

daybet365 accepts deposits via the following methods, all subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits published on the Platform's deposit page from time to time:

• DuitNow and FPX (Interbank GIRO)
• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay
• Online banking via Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and other participating Malaysian financial institutions
• Cryptocurrency: USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20) and BTC

6.2 Deposit Conditions

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the same name as the daybet365 Account. The Company reserves the right to decline or reverse deposits made from third-party accounts. The minimum deposit to unlock a welcome bonus is RM50; standard minimum deposits may vary by method as displayed at checkout.

6.3 Currency

The Platform operates primarily in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Accounts denominated in MYR will be displayed in RM throughout the interface. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmation.

7.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

To request a withdrawal, a Player must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• The Account must have passed KYC verification as described in Section 4.2.
• Any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must have been fully met.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the applicable daily, weekly, or monthly limits displayed in the Player's account settings.
• The Account must be in good standing with no pending investigations, disputes, or compliance holds.

7.2 Processing Times

Typical withdrawal processing times are as follows, though the Company does not guarantee these timeframes and actual processing times may vary depending on compliance checks and third-party processing:

• E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay): 5 to 30 minutes
• Bank Transfer (DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong): 1 to 3 business hours
• Cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC): Subject to network confirmation times; typically same-day

7.3 Withdrawal to Same Method

As a general rule, withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Where this is not technically possible, the Company will process to an alternative verified payment method registered to the Player's Account.

daybet365 offers various promotional offers including, but not limited to, welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, referral rewards, and VIP loyalty benefits. The following general conditions apply to all promotional offers unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms:

• Each promotion is available to eligible Players once only, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to the Bonus Funds balance and are subject to the wagering requirement published for that promotion. Until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements must typically be completed within the validity period specified for each promotion. Expired bonus funds will be forfeited automatically.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates vary by game category and are published on the relevant promotion page.
• The Company reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus funds accrued prior to cancellation will be honoured at the Company's discretion.
• Players who are found to be abusing promotional offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, placing hedged bets across platforms, or exploiting software errors — will have their bonus funds forfeited and may have their Accounts suspended.

The following general rules apply to all gaming and sports-betting activities on the daybet365 Platform:

• All bets are placed in MYR unless the Player's Account is denominated in another supported currency.
• For sports betting, daybet365 follows standard industry rules for settlement of markets. In the event of disputes over sports results, the Company's decision is final and binding.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the Company's discretion. The Company reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice, particularly during periods of exceptional market volatility or technical difficulty.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) and are subject to independent third-party auditing. Game rules are published within each game interface.
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round or bet settlement, the Company will use available data to reconstruct the round. Where a round cannot be reconstructed, stakes will be returned to the Player.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the daybet365 Platform. Breach of any of the prohibitions listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Multiple Account Registration: Registering or operating more than one Account, whether under the same or different identities.
• Fraudulent Deposits: Depositing funds via stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulent payment methods, including the use of third-party payment accounts without consent.
• Collusion & Match Fixing: Conspiring with other players, sports participants, or third parties to fix the outcome of any game or sporting event offered on the Platform.
• Exploitation of Software Errors: Knowingly exploiting any technical error, glitch, or misconfiguration in the Platform's software or pricing systems to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform, whether directly or indirectly, to launder the proceeds of criminal activity. daybet365 is obligated to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
• Automated Betting Systems: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform without prior written consent from the Company.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with the Company.
• Underage Play: Knowingly allowing a person under 21 years of age to use your Account to access the Platform and place real-money wagers.

daybet365 is committed to maintaining a safe gaming environment. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment. It should never be used as a method of generating income, and no Player should ever gamble with money they cannot afford to lose.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, all accessible via your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits that can be set and adjusted (reductions take effect immediately; increases take 24 hours to activate).
• Loss Limits: Limits on the maximum amount you may lose within a specified period.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, daybet365 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or account access;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform;
• Errors, delays, or inaccuracies in game results or bet settlement;
• Any actions taken by the Company in accordance with these Terms, including suspension or termination of your Account.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of daybet365 to any Player exceed the amount held in that Player's real-money Account balance at the time the claim arises.

daybet365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Company has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, collusion, or any other prohibited activity;
• The Account holder is found to be under 21 years of age;
• KYC documentation provided is found to be false, altered, or otherwise invalid;
• The Company is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order;
• The Account holder's jurisdiction is classified as a Restricted Territory.

Upon termination for cause, daybet365 reserves the right to withhold funds pending investigation. Where no misconduct is established, any remaining verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the last verified payment method on record.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within three (3) business days.

daybet365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice displayed on the Platform and, where practicable, via email to the address registered on the Account.

The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised whenever changes are made. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which daybet365 holds its international online gaming licence, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute between you and daybet365 that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body, as determined by the Company. Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

Malaysian players acknowledge that they are solely responsible for determining the legal status of online gambling in Malaysia and for complying with any applicable local laws, regulations, and taxation obligations arising from their use of the Platform.
